These terms apply to your use of nelaclothingcompany.com and any purchase from NELA Clothing Company. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Orders and pricing. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may correct pricing or listing errors and cancel orders affected by them, with a full refund. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud.
Products. Every item is printed to order. Colors on screen can look slightly different from the real garment, and print placement may vary slightly from piece to piece.
Returns and refunds. We replace or refund anything that arrives defective, damaged or wrong. See Returns on our Help / FAQ page.
Artwork and trademarks. All designs, logos, photos and text on this site belong to NELA Clothing Company or to the artists we work with, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. "NELA" lettering by Chaz Bojórquez. You may not copy, reproduce or sell any of it without written permission.
Use of the site. Don't misuse the site, try to break its security or use it for anything unlawful.
Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes. We may update these terms by posting a new version here.
Privacy Policy
This explains what information NELA Clothing Company ("we," "us") collects when you visit nelaclothingcompany.com or buy from us, and how we use it.
What we collect. When you place an order: your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number (if given) and order details. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments or PayPal; we never see or store your full card number. When you browse: basic device and usage information (such as browser type, pages viewed and IP address) through cookies.
How we use it. To process, print and ship your order; to answer your questions; to prevent fraud; and to improve the store. If you sign up for our emails, we'll send news about new designs and releases. You can unsubscribe anytime from the link in any email.
Who we share it with. Only the services that run the store and fill your order: Shopify (our store platform), our print and fulfillment partner, payment processors and shipping carriers. We don't sell your personal information.
Cookies. We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences and understand how the store is used. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the store may not work.
Your choices. You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. California residents have these rights under the CCPA. Email info@nelaclothingcompany.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Changes. If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here.
