All prices shown on the website are in U.S. dollars. If you need a conversion to your local currency, please refer to or a similar website. Exchange rates change daily, and is not responsible for any loss incurred as a result of currency fluctuation. Please note that your credit card processor may charge you a conversion rate fee.

Holiday Schedule

Please note: Packages are shipped out on business days. The following are holidays and considered to be non-business days:
• New Year’s Day
• Martin Luther King’s Birthday
• Presidents’ Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• The Day After Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The return must be received by N.E.L.A Clothing Co. within 30 days of purchase.
The returned item must have its original tags attached.
The returned item must be unworn and in new condition.
All returns are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee per package.

After receiving the returned item, N.E.L.A Clothing Co. will credit the customer's account for the original purchase price minus the $5.00 restocking fee. N.E.L.A Clothing Co. will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to N.E.L.A Clothing Co. (see the Undeliverable Packages section below for details). N.E.L.A Clothing Co. will not re-ship any order that is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete.

To exchange an item, the customer must return the unwanted item according to the return procedures listed below.

Once we receive customer returned merchandise we will immediately take care of corrections that need to be made. We will review your invoice and corrections you have given and will correct any errors made on our behalf.

Credit Card will not work at Checkout:

You can always use PayPal.  Sometimes credit cards will not work due to the customer moving to a new address that does not match up with old address where he or she had the bank or credit card.
